Buyer sends LOI with BCL <br />2. Seller sends FCO to the buyer. <br />3. Buyer signs FCO and sends to Seller. <br />4. Upon acceptance of draft contract, Buyer and Seller execute the contract. <br />5. Seller nominates Escrow Account Services for acceptance by Buyer.Buyer/Seller deposit 2% <br />1st montnly shipment value. <br />9. Seller's Bank issues POP to Buyer via bank swift. <br />Buyer's bank to issue non-operative LC withn 5 banking days. <br /> 9i If Buyer fails to issue the non-operative LC within 5 banking days after receipt of <br />Seller's POP, Seller fortfeits the 2%PB in escrow bank account. <br />9ii After contract is signed and escrow account opened , Within 5 banking days if Seller fails to issue POP via bank swift, Buyer fortfeits 2% in escrow bank account. <br />10. Seller bank issue to Buyers Bank the Proof of Product (POP). <br />11. Seller's bank notifies the Buyer's Bank that they are ready to issue non-operative 2% PB to the Buyer's bank. The 2% PB will be placed in Buyer's account should the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product, this 2% PB will be paid to buyer and intermediaries as compensation accordingly. <br />12. Buyer's Bank issues non-operative LC, <br />13. Seller's bank issues 2%PB automayically activates LC. <br />14. Shipment commenced.<br><br>
