- About Us : Since 1994 luthierworld have dedicated ourselves to the art of making bow stringed instruments, in Bogota (Colombia) . The art of making violins, violas, violoncelos and double basses is based on Stradivarius matrix including some variations. The pieces are carved entirely by hand in an artisan workshop using traditional methods. Each instrument is made one by one. In the case of some pieces we used South American exotic and native woods, submitted to careful treatment to guarantee its loudness and length. We make violins, violas, cellos and double bases.
