- About Us : BRIEF COMPANY PROFILE The company was established in 1989 as an ancillary unit to Dynaspede Integrated Systems Ltd., Hosur for manufacturing eddy current drive and poMAGTORQ PVT. LIMITEDDr electronics products. Within a year of commencing the production, we developed our own full fledged manufacturing facilities. After having established a range of planetary gear reducer we took up development of additional range of standard planetary gear product such as: Apart from the standard range of planetary gear products, we have executed several custom-built planetary as well as bevel and helical gears combined with planetary gears. Noteworthy among these are: - - Winch drives for cranes and hoists. - Very high reduction bevel planetary gearbox for vertical shaft kiln of Cement plant. - Thickener drives. - Combined bevel-planetary-spur gearbox with two drive motors for brewery Application. - YAW gear motors for wind power generators. - Differential gearbox for decanter centrifuges. - Differential units for cranes hoisting mechanism. - Low backlash gear heads for servo applications. - Helical gear transmissions for cranes. - Planetary hub drives for mobile equipments. - High torque planetary transmission for steel plant equipments. - High reduction bevel-planetary gearmotors for Boiler Grate drive. - Slew drive accessories. -Special planetary gear systems for defence equipments. - Vertical bevel-planetary reducers for Reclaimers in Mines. Most of the above were designed and developed for the first time in India, and executed only after very critical review of the design by specialist customers like Krupp India, KIOCL Kudremukh, Indian Space Research Organisation, Larsen and Toubro Ltd., Neyveli Lignite Corporation, Tata Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., Briggs of Burton, Vestas RRB, NRSA etc. to name a few. With the consistent growth over past few years we have established a modern machine shop with a built-up area of over 15000 sq. Ft on a land of 1. 7 acres. Our committed work force of over 60 skilled employees are well experienced with the intricacies of modern gear manufacture and assembly. Quality and time schedules are meticulously followed. Starting with the raw material procurement to the final testing of the fully assembled units, inspection reports and test results are maintained. Our design office has modern CAD facilities including plotters for preparation of detailed shop drawings and general assembly drawings. The design personal are well trained in using such modern facilities. Computer programmes have been developed in-house for performing design calculations for different types of gears. Programmes have also been developed by us for calculating gear dimensions for manufacturing and inspection. Over past few years we have acquired a small but specialised collection of literature and standards on gear design and manufacturing. The design calculations are made generally as per the recommendations of AGMA (American Gear Manufacturers' Associations) . Other standards such as IS, Bs, DIN etc., can also be followed by us to meet specific customer's requirement.
