Our products are mainly selling to UK and Australian markets. Because of rapid growth in the past few years, we moved our factory from Hong Kong to Mainland China in 1986. Right now, our self-owned brand new factory, located in Boluo, Hui Zhou City, a 12,000m2 land with total 24,000m2 building area is opening. After decade efforts, we are moving into a new era. The vastly expanded production operation in now self sufficient in moulding, stamping and plating. We have over 24,000 sq. meters of production and administrative floor space and an efficient staff to make sure every order is delivered with the utmost attention to quality and punctuality. We recently used a number of advanced software system for our tooling engineers, in which it enables us to work things is 3D environments. Therefore, optimize the design process. -CNC compact machining centers give us the ability to mill comples pars. -CNC EDM wire cut machines mean that we can cut intricate and precise shapes out of hardened metals. -CNE EDM systems enable us to to `burn` complex shapes into hardened metals. A large assortments of manufacturing machinery are used in our production area. -folding machines -hand presses -power presses (110 tons - 25 tons)and high speed presses -tapping machines, spot welding machines -drilling machines -wire stripping machines -semi-automatic terminal crimping machines -plastic injection machines (45 tons - 330 tons) Besides our manufacturing departments, we also provide spraying painting, powder coating and silkscreen services.
