- About Us : Markelli Limited is a Ghanaian based company with interests in International Trade. Markelli limited is marketing oriented company with focuses on the consumables sector, Food, and Computers,within the Markelli Limitedst African sub-region. Markelli also adds a youth development to its business to serve as its corporate social responsibility (CSR) in most senior high schools in Ghana. The company has evolved as a growing concern over the years, moving from an initial focus on clothing in 2004, expanding to include computers in 2006 and finally adding food consumables in 2008. The company has two main departments, International Trade and Service departments. 1. TRADE Under the international trade, we have two divisions, Food and Computers. In the food division, we broker, import and do collateral management , Sugar, Cooking Oil, mainly and add Rice, Tomato Paste, Juices etc. We maintain many suppliers from the Middle East, South America, Europe and Asia. Our main customers come from Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Benin, Togo and Ghana. The second division under the international trade is the computers, here we import mainly laptops and sale them on hire purchase. The customers for this segment of our business are only in Ghana. The main suppliers of the computers for Markelli supply are in North America. There are plans to expand into manufacturing of Ice cream, Juices and Biscuits in the future. However other services rendered under this division are Internet Service Provisions (wifi hot spots), Database Management and Software Development. 2. SERVICE Our service department handles our youth development and other business and social dealings that the company may venture. Markelli Youth Development Organization MyDo was established in 2011 as a single purpose medium to drive all Markelli limited Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the country as a non-governmental voluntary organization for the youth of Ghana, MyDo is an independent organization which has no political, religious, and ethnic or gender intends. It has its motto as Together we made it This Organization provides and concentrates on civilized services to all youth in Education/Leadership, Entrepreneurship Development, Sports/Health and Edutainment to guide the youth fit for the future. It does not encourage any behavior dangerous to innocent people, human life, environment, and the world as a whole GENERAL INFORMATION Markelli provides clients with well-priced products and services, which include value-added creative and practical designs as well as provides superior customer attention.
