Product profile: Maverick Manufacturing Ltd separate assembly lines produce various textile based and PVC bag products, including ladies microfibre handbags, ballistic nylon briefcases, PVC wallets,600d sports bags & premiums. We have a comprehensive in-house digital library of the top design looks of the season to choose from, or we can work on an o. E. M. Basis at flexible minimum quantities. Nature of operation: Bag production is carried out in our factory, the latest materials such as textiles & pvc's are imported from Korea & Taiwan, as well as lower end domestic material sourced from local manufacturers to make for fashionable, competitively priced products. Major clients include local exporters and an expanding base of international importers & department stores. Product facilities: Our factory covering a work area of over 6000 sqm employing a total work force of between 300-350 workers. We have a monthly capacity of approximately 120,000 bags. Quality control: We follow ISO 9002 guidelines, and employ a rigid system of on-line quality assurance checks as well as thorough final inspections, ensuring that our products meet international standards. Achieving the highest level of quality is always our first & foremost concern.
