Mission Vivacare Ltd. is housed in a facility of 90, 000 Sq.ft. having an annual production capacity of 2100 million capsules ( size 11 oblong with fish oil ). Located in Pharma Zone of SEZ, Pithampur. Medgel is an ideal location having the facility complied to all the regulatory norms like USFDA, MHRA & cGMP. INLINE DRYING TECHNOLOGY • Reduces human touch to the product from 8 points to 3 points. • Reduces drying time from 60 Hours to 20 Hours • Reduces Labour Cost • Increases product quality as the product is continuously in rotating state and not in stagnant state as it is in tray drying system. • Drying process is clean & manageable. • Plant is designed to meet the total annual quantum of 2250 Million capsules. 2. Product Range :- Medgel proposes to offer complete range of Nutraceutical, Multi-vitamins and Food supplements 3. Packing lines : a). Blister Line : Having three lines from M/S Precision Gears ( a counter part of IMA of Italy) with an annual capacity to pack 9400 blisters per day. b) Bottling line : We have installed two bottling lines imported from M/S. Pharma pack : (i) First bottling line is with the capacity of 120 bottle per hour. (ii) Second line is with the capacity of 50 bottles per hour. 4. Well–designed critical utilities like Purified water, Compressed air systems, HVAC. 5. Well equipped QC laboratories with all latest instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, TOC Analyzer, AAS etc… All softwares are in complaint with 21 CFR part 11 with the facility of 3 level password protection and electronic data generation and recording. Microbiology lab is well equipped with all advanced equipments and instruments. Stability studies will be conducted for all the products and for all the condition of temp. and humidity which are mentioned in ICH guidelines. Advanced bench top encapsulation machine with all necessary instruments to measure all the related parameters. 6.
