Our contingency policy restricts payment only on acceptable percentage of units per container. In other words, if you deliver goods that are 80% satisfactory, then you'll only get paid for 80% of your delivery. That's firm, non-negotiable, and included on the terms and conditions of the L/ C release. In addition, if your delivery is less-than-satisfactory, we will not do business with you again, and we will not provide good reference in your behalf. This helps us maintain a solid, reliable network of suppliers, making us all a very good resource to our buyers.
