For raw hazelnuts chemiacal-physical(moisture,peroxide,FFA) and microbiological analyses(aflatoxin,sieve analyses,mould,yeast,salmonella,total plate count,enterobacterieae) are constantly performed.The shelf life for the vacuum products is 6-12 months. The processed hazelnuts are packed in the vacuum bags, aluminium bags, cardboard boxes.The packing materials are kept fastidiously to keep them as per the Euro-Palet standads.
