Poly to poly laminate reverse printed film for packaging of Edible oil having high gloss & absolutely no leakages. We are equipped with eight multi-layer blown films plants from germany (m/s. Barmag, m/s. Keifel, m/s. Reifenhauser & m/s. Windmoller & holscher) and three- eight colour c. I. Flexo press from m/s. Windmoller & holscher - germany & m/s. Fischer & krecke, germany (web width - 1300 mm) and one solvent based high quality laminator from nordmeccanica - italy. The most important point is that our entire plant/production area is totally enclosed with positive pressure inside the plant to produce absolutely contamination free films. With such infrastructure we supply consistent quality films to our customers, and we can provide computerized printouts for on-line film quality e. G. Gsm variation & hot tack properties of film if required. We are also equipped with latest quality control equipment and laboratory; 1) hot tack & seal strength system from j & b davinor - finland. 2) cof (co-efficient of friction) testing machine from lloyds - u. K. 3) gsm testing equipment from mettler - switzerland. 4) tensile testing machine from lloyds - u. K. 5) accelerated light stability & weathering tester (weathero meter) for printing & film, from u.
