Among the markets we actively cover are Moldova, Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Georgia, Uzbekistan and many others. We have built an expertise in meeting the demands of the developing world in terms of quality, price and terms as well as established a solid network of customers, regulatory agencies and OEMs in the territories we operate. The manufacturing unit of Mesmer goes under the name of AMA Compressor and is involved in design, production and installation of state-of-the art CNG filling stations based on Ariel compressors. We have leveraged our access to the emerging markets as well as a strong engineering foundation to design and manufacture one of the world's leading turn-key CNG solutions. The turn-key CNG solution is furnished with parts and equipment from the industry's most respected and trusted names. The core of our CNG refueling stations is the Ariel compressor. The world standard in CNG compression, Ariel currently has about 20,000 compressors installed worldwide, swamping competition in terms of quality, service and maintenance. With rising fuel prices and demand for alternative fuels, automotive CNG applications represent a very attractive avenue that is currently being pursued by many countries in various parts of the world. Among the most active are Argentina, Brazil, Italy and many others. Building on our experience of conducting business in the emerging markets, we have developed an expertise in penetrating new markets with a rational approach including extensive negotiations to meet specific technical, engineering and financing needs of our current and prospective clients. Mesmer has gained substantial experience as a distributor of industrial gas equipment. Since 2000 our company has been at the forefront of transforming the market of industrial applications of LPG and CNG on the territory of one of the world's largest gas producers, Russia. Becoming principal suppliers to several key end users in the country, we moved further increasing our presence in the neighboring republics as well as the Eastern Europe. Our decision to pursue vertical integration has been urged by our vision of a need for an ultimate CNG refueling solution that would become a world standard in terms of design, quality and value to the emerging markets. Our engineers in the recent years not only one of the world's most comprehensive and advanced CNG solutions but have moved further introducing Mesmer's proprietary designed CNG dispensers that are poised to become an industry leader due to their high-end design, premium parts and superior operating characteristics. In May 2006, Mesmer - AMA Compressor participated in the 6th international exhibition-forum on alternative fuels "World of Liquefied and Compressed Gas 2006" in Kiev, Ukraine and has been awarded the Grand Prix for its innovative ideas and elite industry product as well as exhibition's special award for the Best Design for the company's unique stand. Mesmer's headquarters are located in Italy with two manufacturing facilities in Armenia and Uzbekistan. The company was founded in 1989.
