Microvellum started out working within AutoCAD but soon realized most of Microvellum Asia customers used only 10% of AutoCAD se we applied and got permission from AutoCAD to create our own OEM AutoCAD version that sell for $2, 000 USD saving our customers thousands of dollars and Microvellum supports all the AutoCAD and branded Excel products as well. Microvellum&Atilde;&cent;&iuml;&iquest;&frac12;&iuml;&iquest;&frac12;s Toolbox product is designed under the rules of open architecture for AutoCAD and branded Excel which allows customers not only to design the rules of how their products are designed but the product interface as well so the customer gets a fully parametric program that is customizable down to the screens the end user are allowed to modify to build the correct product. These rules not only cover the design but affect the pricing, material lists, labor estimates, and machine G code. In most Proprietary programs these options to build and design are only as good as the program allows. If you go beyond their limits you end up trying to trick the program into building things it was simply not designed to do.</p>
