In the past our clients have Time and money, negotiating contracts only to find out that the individuals could not sign a Contract for the companies they supposedly represented. We eliminate this problem by getting the Letter of Intent (LOI) prior to contract Negotiations. We also get the proof that the buyer is financially strong and has a DIC (direct line of credit) with one of the top 25 world banks. If the Buyer has any special requirements. We will ensure this is forwarded on to the Seller. Upon request we will get copies of test results on the product or obtain samples for the Buyer to have tested. Our goal is to save both the Buyer and Seller time with the preliminary paperwork. So contract negotiations can move forward as fast as possible.
