- About Us : Miray enamel- non stick kithchenwares produce porcelain enamel cookwares , soucepans and teapots . Miray enamel is one of the big company in Turkey. Would you like to introduce yourself and your company? This is Ayhan Cevik. I am the owner and general director of Miray Enamel Teflon Kitchenware company. I am from Trabzon, however I was born in Istanbul and I have been living in this city for forty-four years. I am married, I have two daughters and a son. How long have you been working in your job? In 1990, when I was too young, I began to produce steel kitchenware so I was introduced in commerce. I have been in this industry for nearly 22 years. Do you make brand production like other producer? Yes, our company is producing three different brands, except our company s brand MIRAY. If there is a new request, we can evaluate it. What kind of products do you have? Would you like to introduce them? Mostly, our production : 9 pieces and 7 pieces of kitchenware sets. On the other hand, we are producing pots, low flat saucepan, frying pan are 14 cm to 28 cm. We have every kind of products as storage sets, egg pan, fish pan, deep frying pan, oven tray sets. Our products which we are producing now are defined as the enamel on metal, made using covering technology. Enamel covering is the best healty covering technology as everybody knows. Absolutely, It does not include bacteria and microbe. It can carry its quality like the first day along years. Our pots exterior surface is cover with modern pattern. Interior surface is cover with ,nonstick, PTFE which is a different technology of applied on enamel. Is your production capacity able to overcome your request? At the moment, we are having difficulty in meeting requests as many manufacturer. Our main capacity is fourfold of our production with lots of reason about it. Our company have thousand meters open, thousand meters closed area. Our machines are seriously strong. We continue to invest for new technology. When this investment is finished, we want to accelerate our working about exportation. Because we are aware of the importance of exportation as every company. What are you doing for new technology? Do you have any plan for new products? Mainly, Our aim uplift understanding of average quality to the highest point from personnel education to R&D stages, test working. Being a good brand is to make quality products even if there is contrariwise situation. We are trying to increase our quality and capacity in a balanced way. Of course, we like our job. All the time new products in our minds as many manufacturer. We think to exhibit these products ,our workings and our new products which we planned for Turkey, at fairs.
