We produce food for breakfast, with secrets of our traditional recipe that has been derived with multi-geneartion experience. Now we have furnished our traditional expertise with our new plant in 23. 000 sqm open area that includes administrative units, 11. 000sqm closed area processing units and warehouses for raw and finished products. Since the beginning, we apply our extra high self-control both in production and in management. This was the main reason for getting all required certificates easily. In addition to our local TSE Standart Compliance, our production and management has been granted with ISO 9001 and HACCP LOKMAN has been well known for its quality and special taste in breakfast products in Turkey in most sectors like military, tourism, dormitories, restourants and retail for private use. As LOKMAN is the mostly prefered breakfast products our main priciple is to extend our product and offering variety for cheap and hygienic consuming. Thanks to our different packing varieties and perfect taste, our products and consumed without squandering. In 12 main articles, our production reaches up to 114 items. These are: HALVA HAZELNUT PASTE WITH COCOA HONEY SESAME OIL GRAPE MOLASSES CHEESE MARGARINE BUTTER JAM TURKISH DELIGHT OLIVE HAZELNUT CREAM For all our products, packing varies from 15gr up to 25kg suitable for individual and industrial use. We have also SESAM SEED FOR BAKERY in packing of 5 KG and 50 KG Our objective is to share the quality and taste of LOKMAN with the world. We have extended and re-newed our processing units to reduce the costs. With our extremly competitive prices we are sure that everybody will afford this taste.
