We have a 80K SQFT building that is equiped to be a small manufacturing facility of some sort (mulch bagging, pelletizing, Torrefaction plant, ect.) We have a rail road load out (CSX) which we can beltline product right into the railcars, for coast shipment opportunities.We run a log resale business that alllows us to move 8 - 10 million brd ft annually, striking the peeler markets as well as hardwood markets. We are FSC Certified and are allowed to carry both mixed and pure credits.
