According to the 12th paragraph of the law - 1935 the golden pheasant trademark received the trading licence from 30th January 1936. - On 1st November 1994 the Golden Pheasant Canning Factory Ltd became the legal successor of the Hatvan Canning Factory. This time, the Golden Pheasant trademark was registered and NAGIO s.r.o.ll-known in 80 countries. - In September 1996 the ISO 2002 Quality Management System was implemented. - On 22nd February 2001 a group of Hungarian investors bought entire factory including the Golden Pheasant trademark and the Goldem Pheasant Canning Factory Ltd., and restarted the production and the marketing of the products with the trademark Golden Pheasant. - Currently the factory is run by Golden Pheasant Product Ltd. Registred on 3rd November 2003. - In both 2005 and 2006, the Golden Pheasant tomato paste (ref. 28-30%) won the Hungarian Product Prize.
