NTC has total area of 60, 000 squre meters and 27, 000 squre meters workshop space, with 499 employees. Over 50 engineers have been trained in foreign tooling companies (Japan, Germany, Italy, USA & UK). Over 70 technical staff have worked in Fuji, Japan. The plant has been equipped with 1 5-axle simultaneous high speed milling machine, 3 large-sized press machines, 25 large-sized NC milling machine, 1 NC laser cutting machine, 3 large-sized 3D CMM etc. With the advanced equipment and 3D designing software, Nanjing Automobile Tooling Co. Ltd. have designed and manufactured a large quantity of products for Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Guangzhou Hongda etc. and become their reliable suppliers. We also export toolings and checking fixtures to foreign customers from UK, Spain, Japan, Iran and Israel etc. Behind us there are 3 nation-owned share holders: Bao Steel, SAAC and Donghua.
