Research & Development (R&D) offers a highly professional team dedicated to development of innovative health food supplements. The R&D department employs 10% of the total staff and the corresponds to the 6% of the global turnover.ProductionProduction department is specialized in manufacturing and packaging of oral solid forms (blends, granulates in sachets, sticks, caps, tabs, in blister or in bottles), it has produced in 2010 about 6 Millions units.Two manufacturing facilities devoted to Health Food Supplements; a well-equipped Quality Control Labs operating in GLP (good laboratories practices) endowed with all the equipments useful and suitable to product control.Health Food SupplementsThe facility to manufacture food supplements is authorized to produce oral solids (blends, granulates, tabs, caps, packed in blister and bottles).Natural Way is currently involved in manufacturing and packaging of about 300 food supplements.Computerized systems subjected to validation, represents one of the success key of the food supplements department: it allows to follow and documents the whole phases of the manufacturing process, from purchasing to planning, from raw materials receipt to their approval, from managing of the weighting room to finished product delivery. Quality management according to the manufacturing dossiers agreed with customers , establish sampling procedures, specifications for raw and packaging materials approval, finished products releasing criteria, and process control to be performed during each working phase.
