Our clients included some of the top corporations in India in hospitality, services, manufacturing, healthcare and education markets. Unlike the unstructured refilling market, we follow robust remanufacturing processes and technology that ensures quality. We use only top quality IP protected components to remanufacture. For inkjet cartridges, we use automated systems (non syringe based), which can give quality remanufacturing of more than 20 times under conditions that avoid damage of the cartridge. For toner cartridges, our manufacturing includes quality testing, training, and line assembly to ensure high quality. We have ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company for processes and ISO 14001: 2004 Certification for the Environment. We do 100% QA testing for our cartridges. The environmental impact of printer cartridges is far more than usually perceived. Remanufactured Cartridges help to reduce impact on the environment in four ways. Remanufactured cartridges use lower amount of energy to build than new cartridges thus lowering the Carbon Footprint (***** CO2 emission) from 35% to 50%. It takes 2.8 litres of oil to make one Inkjet cartridge, and 3.8 litres of oil to make a Toner Cartridge largely in plastics, which is reduced substantially in the remanufactured cartridge. Recycling for Cartridges is unviable, wherein the cost of energy for extraction of raw materials is higher than the amount salvaged. Hence, 65% of the cartridges used globally are being thrown in a landfill. Laser Cartridges thrown in the landfill take 450 years to decompose, and a toner cartridge
