Nbr was improved in various product releated all kind of machine, equipment, die and tooling as follows; Aluminium Fin Evaporator, Aluminium and Copper Exchanger pipes and tubes, Stainless Steel sheet cladding of fridge bodies, Refrigerator accessories, Stainless Steel and cold rolled steel doors and panels of fridge bodies, POT, Hot gas, Skin Condenser, Fine back, Hoods and Aspirator. . NBR started to produce his needed evaporator Aluminium Tube in own plant. Steel parts are bended with CNC bending machine and NBR Makina ve Yedek Parca San. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti.lded with robots which NBR has able to cut with punch and laser machine which supported with CAD / CAM Project and design technologies. Nbr has capable to make and produce his necessary die, tooling, fixture and machines by himself in his plant. Having a purpose to give convenient and effective service into Turkish Industry was rapidly growing up, NBR was opened in Manisa in 2003 and 2 production plant in Velikoy in 2004. Manisa plant has 18. 000 sqm total, 2. 500 sqm closed area serves Vestel and Indesit customers, Velikoy plant has 17. 000 sqm total, 10. 000 sqm closed area serves BSH customer as a subsupplier. Nbr has established his own jig, fixture, die, special machinery design and manufacturing factory ower 17. 000 sqm open and 4. 00 sqm closed area in the additionally, In 2006, Paint workshop was established by NBR Machine was started to paint his needed painted parts in his own plant. In 2001, TSE-ISO-EN 9002 Certificate was taken by NBR had been started to give good service to well known and biggest customers of domestic market in Turkey which are ARCELIK, BSH, VESTEL, INDESIT, UGUR SOGUTMA and beside of them, to tend also export esteemed customers Italy, Spain, Israel, Hungary, Germany, England, Poland, Rusia, Greece, Syria and Iran domestic appliances markets (Electrolux, Indesit, BSH, Grammer, Tadiran etc. . ) since 2002.
