We have several years of combined working knowledge in the Appalachian Region as well as an excellent infrastructure of workers and truckers, and we are geographically located for easy access to rail sidings on the CSX and N & W rail lines, and low cost access to the Big Sandy barge docks near Ashland, KY for effective coal mining and distribution. Our company uses its knowledge of coal mining in the Appalachian region to obtain mining contracts and provide low cost, safe, and reliable solutions to its customers. We also provide personnel management for preparation plants and consulting services including project management for new or existing underground mining operations. Our co-owners have combined years of experience and knowledge from working numerous coal seams located within the region to position our company as a regional expert that can be invaluable regarding the technical capability to improve your mining operations. We provide our services in accordance with good coal mining practices that are appropriate to the geological conditions of the area enabling maximum economic production, avoiding hazards to life, health and property, while minimizing pollution, and providing low cost operations. The mining experience of our co-owners has also enabled them to have fast access to a group of skilled workers that have already worked job sites for them in the past. We have an existing infrastructure of workers of which some key former personnel are currently unemployed and anxious to be employed. Many of these workers continue to contact our co-owners seeking employment. These workers are already trained and qualified. We have a nucleus of reliable people and personal relationships. Our team is ready to work to meet contract production requirements. We consider our employees to be one of our primary strengths. Our company seeks to enter into long-term contracts (exceeding one year in duration) with its customers. These arrangements would allow customers to secure a supply of their future coal needs and provide our company with greater predictability of mining volumes and sales prices.
