In addition, there will be 5 advanced engineering technicians. Precision casting using sodium silicate department covers a floor area of 54467 *****, and building area of 17000 *****. There will be 6 sets of 0.3t induction furnaces wih the capacity of 0.1t single precision casting. The mainly products in the department are common carbon steel, high chromium and high nickel castings. The estimated annual capacity is 10000t. There will be 8 advanced engineering technicians. The machining shop covers a floor area of 3000 ***** and building area of 2400 *****. There will be 12 sets of conventional lathes, 6 sets of milling machines, 5 sets of drilling machines, 2 sets of 80t pressors, 3 sets of 50t pressors and two sets of over 100t pressors. In addition, there will be 5 advanced engineering technicians.
