On 1st September 2008, Success Transformer Corporation Berhad, an established public listed company on the Malaysia BNINGBO SUCCESS ZHENYE LUMINAIRE LIMITED LIABILI...se of Securities successfully acquired 60 % share of Zhenye Luminaire Manufacturing Co.Ltd. With this joint ventures expansion milestone, it pushes the company to a higher level in the design, development and manufacture of a wide range of quality outdoor and industrial luminaire products. The company quality management system had passed ISO9001 : 2000 Edition of Quality Supervision System Attestation. Most of the company product had also gained GS, CE and ROHS authentication.
