After special quenching and tempering heat treatment, our products’ hardness still far surpassed the national standard of 58 HRC which even reached marvelous 69 HRC （70 is the highest value in Rockwell hardness.） Our maximum and average hardness all exceeded the values of other companies in this industry with 18% plus of the national standard. The average hardness reached to 65.3 HRC, higher with 13% of the national standard. The hardness tolerance was controlled within 3 HRC. We extracted our 100 centimeter big casting balls to receive the International Current V- Style all Absorbing Impact Test then got a very good result of 1.3KV of impact tenacity. We emphasize product quality and customer’s actual needs, and all our products sold had passed the national quality standards and fit very much to customer’s actual utilizing circumstances.
