We are producing the solid wood cabinets only and selling to the US market. The primary wood species we are using for the door and front frame are cherry, maple, birth and oak, but any others will be considered at a reasonable volume. The box material can be either the plywood or the MFC/Melamine/painted MDF/laminated MDF. Flat pack and finished assembly are available. Also we are very flexible to meet the requirement on the customized cabinets. The main features of our wood cabinets are: 1. Wood door. 1) 5/8" thick door panel and 3/4" thick stiles & rails by mortise and tenon joint. 2) Door style: arch, square, cathedral, etc. 2. Overlay: Full overlay, 1/2" standard overlay are available 3. Cabinet front frame: 3/4" wood front frame by dowel joint. Frameless cabinet can be done also. 4. Box construction: There are several options available. 1) 1/2" finished plywood on side, bottom and back 2) 5/8" finished plywood on side, bottom and back 3) 5/8" MFC or melamine 4) 5/8" laminated or painted MDF. 5. Drawer: 1) Solid wood drawer front panel 2) 1/2" finished plywood with top edges banded or Dove tail connection solid wood drawer box Currently our production capacity is 150-200sets per day and the monthly output is as 6-8 x 40'HQ containers. We are on the way to increase the production lines to increase the capacity up to 10-12 x 40'HQ containers in the near future.
