The primary objective of NZ Steel is to advise, design, calculate, construct, produce, deliver and assemble anything from complex steel structures to all purpose industrial buildings such as shopping centers, sports complexes and tailor made hangars in countries including Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Persian Gulf, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. SIN STEEL BEAMS NZ Steel is proud to represent the high quality SIN Beam (Corrugated Web Beam) product which provides economical solutions for large spans, high load-bearing capacity and minimum production time. SIN beams are produced using sophisticated computer controlled equipment, minimized all costly and time consuming welding processes through automation. Brief processing times for the corrugated web beams (automatic welding capacity of 1 m per minute) guarantee the specified production and delivery deadlines. SIN beams feature a corrugated web varying in thickness from 1.5 to 3mm and in height from 333 to 1500mm. Flange sections can vary in thickness from 6 to 30mm and in width from 120 to 450mm. The main advantage delivered by SIN beams is a saving in cost through reduced thickness of the web. Sinusoidal corrugations in the web plate provide increased strength while using a thinner rolled section than a traditional beam. As a result, larger spans can be crossed using a smaller section in comparison to a traditional steel beam. The high-tech SIN beam provides economical solutions for larger spans and a high load-bearing capacity with minimum production time. Girders, columns, single and multi-nave frames, bridge structures, craneway girders and frame works with larger spans are produced more economically and safely by the SIN beam. In comparison to the traditional approach, SIN beams demonstrate the following characteristics: -High load-bearing capacity with comparatively low design weight -Increased savings with increasing spans -Saving in building height when compared with lattice beam constructions -Utmost optimization of weight due to adaptability of building heights -Minimum loss in production -Fast production through complete automation and short delivery times -Suitable for use for spans of up to 40 m.
