Our oil is obtained by the most sustainable hand harvesting methods, where the M.alternifolia tree is grown to a mature size and coppiced when conditions are right. The removed leaves and branches are placed through a fine grade mulcher directly to our onsite still where oil is processed. We are only a very small farm producing a maximum of 1000kg per year. Our plants are grown organically with no chemical fertilisers or pesticides producing a clean, healthy alternative to mass made oil production.
