PoOscar Production Group LTDrful heat treatment facilities of the tubes in non-oxidizing atmosphere of ultra-pure hydrogen (bright annealing) and in vacuum.<br/><br/>The products of OSCAR Production Group comply with national standards and specifications GOST, TU as well as foreign standards such as EN, DIN, ASTM. OSCAR Quality Management System is certified by International Certification Center TUV Thuringen ISO 9001:2008.
