The aim was to develop and facilitate the progress in the heavy metal industry in Turkey. The foundation and the continuous energy of OZALP Makina Tarim Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. are based on the dutiful and hard working production in a private family concern and confidential and appropriate investments throughout its existence. In last years our company has developed its production capacity with its own resources parallel to the economical conditions in our country. We made fundamental investments, like convenient factory building for mass production, getting improved machines and equipments. So ozalp machine industry prepared itself for mass production and export machines. Today we produce gears in extensive dimensions as well as very special components of machines, which could not be produced in Turkey and has to be obtained from other countries. Ozalp machine industry has always been dedicated not only to building an excellent product, but also to assuming full responsibility for its performance. This has LED us to performing both engineering and manufacturing of all critical components used on our equipment. All engineering tasks are performed at our main plant location including structural, mechanical, electrical and programming. Our state-of the-art manufacturing facilities include several high bays dedicated for testing and debugging our automatic equipment to insure minimal start-up time at our customers' production plants. Any equipment is design and manufacture in strict accordance to our client's specifications. Ozalp machine industry also offers engineering and modernization services for existing production plants. As we look to the future, we see more opportunities to search for even better solutions to solve our customers evolving needs for a safe, functional and reliable quality product due to ISO 9001:2000. It is vitally important that past experience and up-to-date knowledge be incorporated in new projects.
