OZDEMIRLER Steel Casting and Trade Inc is involved in manufacture of Plain Carbon, Low and High Alloy, High Manganese ( Hadfield ), Heat Resistant, Corrosion Resistant ( Stainless ), Impact Resistant, Wear Resistant Steel Castings and High Alloy White Cast Irons, Gray Cast Irons for these industries. The parts which will be casted firstly are performed by SOLIDWORKS Solid Model and NOVACAST simulation programme.After detecting hot points and shrinkage areas ,it is obtained to faultless casting in the first stage. Furthermore Chemical analysis of all casts are controlled via 18 elements SPECTROMETER for obtaining desired values. Also Other process and machining are made with the latest technology machines.
