We are well equipped to produce a full range of profiles, sizes ranging from small 10mm fillets to 160mm ornate moulding; in an extensive range of finishing, from wood tone to hand leaf and ornate series. Our philosophy is to provide a full range of moulding in variety finishing to our customers, to facilitate buying everything from one source and hence, saving our valued customers logistic costs. Our main focus is to meet customers' satisfaction - a factor that brings your customers back to you and you to us.At our factories, we understand the importance of having technically automated manufacturing machines and equipment, to ensure consistency in quality. Aside from automated manufacturing facilities, we also believe it vital to maintain a high level of efficiency and skills in manually produced finishing.We practice strict quality control in our production, starting from timber logs to finished products. Timber is sawn from logs into planks and kiln dried to 10-12% moisture content in our factory before being used in production.This gives us better control over quality, cost and timely delivery to our valued customers. We oversee every step in the process to ensure that every stick of moulding that comes out from our factories meet with our descending customer's requirements. We put our very best effort to make certain our customers successfully market our products because we know that our customers' success means the same to us.Our Research and Development team is always vigorously working with feedback from our customers and from the market to continuously develop new range of moulding that meets different market demand. On the other hand, we also do OEM upon customers' request. Over the years, we have built our inventory of over 400 emboss designs rollers to cater for different needs.
