• About Us : Padana Viti is present on the domestic market since 1987 and is able to offer to industrial clients a wide range of customized screws which meet the high demands of Padana Viti S.R.L. costumers as well as high quality standard screws. The company consists of a production plant and a warehouse which is matching European standards. The production plant contains two production-lines: In one line, a wide range of electro-and hot-pressed customized screws, bolts and tie rods can be realized in stainless AISI 304 / 310 / 321 and special steels by turning and threading according to the special demands of our costumers. To guaranty the high quality of the products, Padana Viti offers a heat-treatment and a grinding-machine in-house. Our turning and milling work machines (numerical controlled) allow to process small to medium amounts (from 200 pieces to 10. 000 pieces) with a diameter of 3 mm to 80 mm using the following materials: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics and brass. Within our warehouse, there is a considerable assortment of screws, nuts, discs, self-tapping screws and fastening systems. We can provide special cold-moulded and die-cut screws. Our quality is guarantied throughout the production-process through specific phases of inspections and controls through which we are able to perfectly meet the demands of our costumers.
