The new 3-ply disposable wipes dry layer is separated from the wet layer in a manner such that the moisture from the wet layer cannot come into contact or get transferred to the dry layer. The moisture impervious layer also prevents a user from coming into contact with any substance which the person is cleaning; for the moisture impervious layer prohibits substantially all liquid or soluable substance from reaching the dry layer. A variety of liquid cleaning agents will be injected into our wet layer depending on the substance to be removed. Paradise wipes liquid injected into the wet layer will include a material, which removes bacteria from humans, a household surface or a work related surface without streaks.
