• About Us : In 1965 Giuseppe Pedrotti started the production of bushes and pillars for the regional market of Piemonte founding Pedrotti Normalizzati Italia S.P.A. Since 1982, Pedrotti Meccanica S.P.A. started dealing with modular interchangeable mould bases and special production upon drawing. Today the firm boasts more than180 employees and three production plants distributed on a covered area of 25.000 m2. RAW MATERIALS A large warehouse of high quality steels (over 3,000 m2 and well over 1,000,000 kg of steels) allows us to satisfy any customers requests promptly. Pedrotti S.P.A. exclusively stocks up from qualified and certified suppliers. PRODUCTION Production is carried out using a wide range of machinery produced by the best manufacturers worldwide. Pedrotti S.p.a. focuses and trusts in the continuous training of the resources, as qualified and trained staff is the only way to reach high quality standards and products.We are able to operate: thermic treatment and cut on steel; cut, turning and grinding (cold processing) on standard elements; forming and tempering (hot processing) of standard elements, as well as thermic and thermo-chemical diffusion. PRODUCTION OF SPECIAL PARTS In our plant in Prevalle, we are able to supply customized mould bases upon drawing and any kind of mechanical works, in different materials and sizes. The milling capacity up to 11,000 x 3,000 x 3,500 mm, the grinding capacity up to 4,000 x 2,000 mm and the drilling capacity from diameter 10 to diameter 25 x 1.500 allow to work pieces up to 50 tons. In Gavardo (Normalizzati sector) Pedrotti S.P.A. manufactures both standard components and any other special components upon drawing.QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1996 and ISO 14001 certified since 2002. Our staff takes care of the quality of the product (on all the steps of the productive process and on final pieces) and to the protection of the environment, in compliance with reference regulations. DELIVERY A warehouse of 2.000 m2 in Gavardo and a huge automatic warehouse in Prevalle allow us to satisfy any customers needs in real time, thus reducing delivery times and ensuring regularity and continuity of supplies thanks to stocked and ready-to-shipment material.
