- About Us : The company was incorporated in 1995 under the name of mangla enterprises. In 2005, it subsequently renamed as pegasus products and started manufacturing leather belts and open footPegasus Productar (flip-flops). Belt division. The belt division has one of the most modern manufacturing plants. Completely mechanized, the facility uses both traditional and modern techniques to produce high fashion belts as well as basic belts. The usage of traditional methods, such as hand stitching, hand padding, hand molding along with usage of sophisticated machinery on its belts make this division one of its kind, globally. Flip-flop division. The footwear division also have most modern manufacturing plant for making open footwear like flip-flop and sandals. This facility has completely mechanized cutting section and uses hand lasting method for the construction. Note - open footwear always done by hand lasting method. Overview Team - put in place a dedicated fashion cell comprising of five designers from premium fashion institute of the country - nift. The mandate: Work on unique designs, colors and styles. These designers are associated with in-house designer (the founder and promoter of the company) who has vast exposure to international fashion market of belts. Contemporary - receive inputs from nift faculty, the premier fashion institute of the country, to provide vital inputs on emerging fashion styles and trends. The team also identifies fashion trend by attending international fairs and exhibitions, constantly liaising with buyer and by going through websites and fashion magazines. Quality - highly automated production facility which is equipped with specialized imported machinery. This enables stringent quality checks and excellent production quality, essential as the company is looking forward to supply is merchandise to reputed brands across the world. Every month we here at pegasus make one collection of belts and flip-flop comprising of 25 new designs of our own apart from buyers sampling.
