Buyer signs a commission agreement with the party arranging this offer and with XXX Group's agents in the USA. 5. Buyer deals directly with the refinery, or XXX Group if they choose, and all the standard procedures are followed. ***Note, no financial instruments are issued until buyer has a POP. The second way, if the buyer is well known and we can verify their buying abilities through our contacts: 1. The buyer signs an NCNDA and a commission agreement. 2. We send the name of the company to XXX Group and a direct line is given for the buyer to contact. Any petroleum-based product will be either sold through XXX Group or through the refineries (buyer's choice). XXX Group also offers crude oil that they sell directly.
