PITCHI PRODUCTS PVT LTD is situated in industrial area of noida (uttar pradesh) , just outside Delhi. Our company was established in 1996 and in the last 9 years we have exported to more than 25 countries round the globe. We grew into one of the major manufacturers & exporters of stainless steel corrugated flexible hoses in India. The company is professionally managed with a team of ten engineers and work force of forty. Stainless steel annular corrugated hoses manufactured by our company are in ss 304, ss 321, ss 316 and ss 316-l grade. Our manufacturing range is from 6mm nb to 300 mm nb. We also manufacture hydraulic hoses & rubber & industrial hoses in our own pitchi brand. Our manufacturing range for hydraulic hoses if from 6 mm to 50 mm. We also produce hose assemblies as per the customers requirements. We are dedicated to the continual improvement of our products, processes and our organization to the satisfaction of our customers through management commitment and total employee involvement. Quality assurance at pitchi products pvt. Ltd. Is of vital importance. Qualified team of qc engineers constantly monitors every stage of production. Every single hose assembly is tested hydraulically at 1. 5 times working pressure before dispatching. Pneumatic testing is also carried out whenever necessary. All raw materials used in the manufacture of hoses, braiding and end-connections undergo rigid inspection by trained & experienced engineers to ensure highest quality standards. Through our own research and development we are now exporting to more than 25 countries
