- About Us : About companySince the times of its foundation in 1967 Dnipropolymermash Heavy Engineering Plant has passed a complicated path of organizational and structural reforms upon formation of its modern technological and production basis in cPJSC Dnepropolymermashse of the ones. The Plant is known in Ukraine and CIS as one of the largest Manufacturer of press moulds for vulcanization of pneumatics and block-tyres, inner tubes, rim strips and diaphragms. These products are used by all of Tyre-Manufacturing Plants of CIS countries making up about 90 percent of their needs. At present, the size range of tyres for which the press moulds are being manufactured is rather substantial: from a tyre casing of 9L12 size meant for farmer mini-motor-cultivator up to the tyre casing of 40.00-57 size meant for rock handler with its load capacity making up 180 tons.At present Dnipropolymermash PJSC invests vast sums of money in retrofit installation along with improvement of shop technique and reconstruction of administration buildings and shops being carried out.The Plant manufactures equipment for metallurgical, mineral resource and reprocessing branches of industry. There were mastered manufacturing and output of spares for assemblies, components, and aggregates for gas-and-oil producing, mineral resource, ore-dressing, metallurgical and other branches of industry as well as for power engineering and agriculture.The Plant possesses following metal-cutting equipment:1.A group of vertical boring mills with their cutting diameter coming to 5000 mm equipped with tracers and programmed numerical control. The largest turning length comes to 2000 mm. 2.A Group of Turning Lathes with their cutting diameter coming to 1000 mm and cutting length coming to 8000 mm. 3.Face-Plate Lathes with their cutting diameter coming to 3000 mm. 4.High-Precision Boring Mill from Coburg Company: the length of workpiece comes 8000 mm, the width comes to 2000 mm and the height comes to 2000 mm. 5.Milling Machines milling and engraving of tyre press moulds, milling of compound sections and helical surfaces with varied pitch and depth of turns, the length of workpieces comes to 3000 mm and the width (diameter) comes to 500 mm. 6.Circular Grinding Machines with their cutting diameter of workpiece coming to 560 mm and length coming to 4000 mm. 7.Surface-Grinding Machines: the width of workpiece comes to 600 mm, the height comes to 500 mm and length comes to 2000 mm. 8.Gear-Cutting Machines: the diameter of workpiece comes to 500 mm, the length comes to 2500 mm and module comes to 20; the diameter of workpiece comes to 2000 mm, the height comes to 560 mm and module comes to 20; 9.Nesting of metal (guillotine shears up to 25 mm; cutting of metal-roll and forged pieces with their size coming to 700 mm; gas cutting (with thickness coming to 340 mm) and plasma-arc cutting with thickness coming to 25 mm (cutting by complicated workpiece program). 10.Rolled sheet bending on the rollers with their thickness coming to 40 mm; Roll-Forming Machine bending to the channel bar No. 14. 11.Crank and Hydraulic Presses with their tonnage coming to 400 tons. 12.Welding in the carbon dioxide environment and under welding compound layer makes it possible to weld pressure vessels and any spatial metal structures. Manufacturing Facilities The enterprise has more than 70 thousand m2 of production floor spaces outfitted with all kinds of metal-working machinery by technological rerollings including unique Copy-Milling Machines and the ones with programmed numerical control meant for processing of tread pattern in metal solid treads.Polymeric Equipment Shops. These shops are outfitted with Metal-Cutting Machines capable to process the workpieces up to the overall dimensions making up 2500 x 2000-8000 mm and hoisting cranes with their load capacity making up 50 tons.
