- About Us : Polteks Textile Machinery Industry And Trade Co. Ltd., which has been founded in 1994, made a perfect combination between its young, dynamics structure and the experience. The priority in our working principal is Quality. In the direction of this principal we carry on our production of machine parts made of polyurethane and rubber with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate since June 2003. We are manufacturing Roller Based machinery and machine parts from High Performance Polyurethane, Normal Polyurethane and Special Rubber which are having perfect resistance for abrasion, tearing, impacts and chemicals for various industrial sectors and can be easily work in between the range of - 45 C to + 250 C. We have 3 factories in our group. 1. Plant1 - Turkey: Machinery Manufacturing. 2. Plant2 - Turkey: Machine Parts Manufacturing. 3. Plant3 - Romania: Machine Parts Manufacturing. In Plant1 Turkey Machine Factory, we are manufacturing Classic calender( with 3 rolls), Classic Calender(with 2 rolls) and Laboratory Calenders with 2 and 3 rolls or more under the direction of customers preferences. This factory is also manufacturing Paint Fullers, Squeezing Fullers, Lamination Fullers for Textile industry and Embossing Machinery for Textile, Leather and Paper industries. Our company in Turkey and Romania Machine parts factories, we are manufacturing ; Cylinders for Textile, Paper, Iron-Steel, Plastic, Wood and General industries, Wheels for General industry, Curved Expander for Textile, Paper, Plastic industries, Round Sticks and Plates for Automotive and General industries, Coupling Buffer and Special Rubber Parts for General industries, Suspension Buffers for Automotive industry.
