• About Us : Popular Plastics Co. Ltd. founded in Hong Kong in 1965, and further incorporated in 1978. Since its inception, Popular Plastics Co Ltd dedicated ourselves to manufacturing business.Started off as OEM contractor in the 60s, we originally manufactured plastic injection parts and component for toy industry, and we were later given the toughest challenge in our career: opening mold and tooling for manufacturing plumbing tubular for domestic use in the US market. With the unforgiving flushes and drains in each household as our product's testing "ground", our product would require unprecedented levels of performance, reliability and dependability.Our core business covers: (1) Plastic - Injection Molding & Blow Molding (Plumbing tubular, household ware, rubber tires for toys cars etc)., (2) Metal - Fabrication & Assembly for steel & stainless steel (craftworks & parts),(3) Aluminum Alloy - Extrusion & Anodizing, (Bath Room Kits & Accessories),(4) Medical Equipment - Both CE and FDA certified (Shower chairs, toilet seat raiser, plastic and metal component parts for wheelchair),(5) OEM & ODM - Prototype development & Technical support throughout R&D,(6) Supply Chain Management - outsourcing & logistics management.(7) Associate business - Robotic Fluid Dispensing System, Glue for various application, Therapeutic Walk-in Message Tub etc.Following the 1st factory built in Dong Guan City in 1989, we further built the 2nd factory in Zengcheng City in year 2001 to achieve total area of about 30,000 square meter.We have also put in place Strict Product Quality System that are in full compliance with ISO 9001:2008, UPC - ASTM F409 and FDA.
