Rotors are dynamically balanced on the dynamic balancing machine. After, through inspection of the components, we assemble the pump and hydro test the same to a pressure of 3 Kg/cm2(g). Every Pump so assembled is tested thoroughly on individual test beds provided, for its airflow at different vacuum levels, power consumption etc. The Vacuum Pumps are tested to BS 1571/1975 Part 2 and the results recorded.
