• About Us : Preseau Fish Market started commercial fishing in 1993. Seven years ago we converted from gill net fishing to trap net fishing. At that time we also built a commercial building. In the back is a processing plant where we clean and filet our fish. In the front is a fresh fish market open to the public. We also wholesale to several resturants in the area. In the past we have sold our fall run to a Michigan buyer who in turn sells them in commerce. We would like to "cut out the middle man" , so to speak, and sell them direct! We are part of a family that takes pride in what we do. We fish year round and our supply of FRESH WHITE FISH AND CAVIAR is virtually endless. Please contact us with your interest.
