• About Us : <br> <br>Dear Sirs, <br /> <br />I am located in south east of Mexico <br />and I think I have an application for yPRODUCSUR, SPR de RL spray <br />freeze drying technology, may be I am wrong. <br /> <br />Here is my application. <br />We need to dry 5000 kg wet spirulina in 8 hours. <br />From the 5000 kg 10% is dry matter and 90% is water. <br />Therefore dry matter is 500 Kg. <br />Sugested water in dry mater is 5%, therefore is 25kg of water in dry matter. <br />At the end we have 525 Kgs of product and all the rest is eliminated. <br />Then <br />initial is 5000 kgs <br />final is 525 kgs <br />Total water to evaporate in 8 hours = 5000 - 525 = 4475 kgs water to evaporate in 8 hours <br />= 559 kgs water /hour <br /> <br />Very important, drying temp must be as low as possible in oxygen free atmosphere. <br /> <br />Please confirm and send me the&nbsp;&nbsp;quote this equipment to the following name and data: <br />Cesar Ancheyta <br />ProducSur, SPR de RL <br />Yaxkaba, Yucatan <br />Mexico <br /> <br />Thank you, <br /> <br />Ivan Castilla<br><br>
