The pinenuts processing line is one of Qiaopai’s patented products with independent intellectual property. It consists of two units: pr-sizing unit, dehulling and separating unit. Pre-sizing unit can size the pinenuts into 5 grades before dehulling. Dehulling & separating unit can dehull each one of grades (except the smallest one) respectively, then remove shells, thoroughly separate the un-hulled pinenuts from kernels. Un-hulled nuts will be returned back to dehullers automatically for re-hulling again. Two units can fulfill the task to produce pinenuts without other assist machine. The equipment features low electricity consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low damage of nuts and kernels, easy operation and maintenance. It is well recognized to be one of the most optimum equipment for processing pinenuts in the world.
