  SPS-04 (High early strength and water reducing type) is a kind of Eco-friendly high performance polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer developed by our company with DD-909(TPEG2400) as main raw material.Polycarboxylate superplasticizers are up to now the most advanced and the most prospective water reducing admixtures in the world. advantages 1. Increase the early strength development 2. High water reduction, resulting in high density, high strength and reduce permeability for water 3. Excellent plastising effect , resulting in improved flowability, placing and compacting behavoir. 4. Reduce energy cost for steam cured precast elements. 5. Especially suitable for the production of self compacting concrete. 6. Reduce shrinkage and creep behavior. Usage 1. Recommended dosage ( by binding materials’ weight) is 0.35%-0.65%(on the base of 50% solid content). The optimum dosage is according to the real project conditions and actual materials. 2. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives. Application Scope With wide adaptability to kinds of cements, gravels and sands, with high water reducing ratio, apply to precast concrete, especially in tubular pile precast type. It can bright and clean the surface of concrete. It’s suitable for pumping with small pore and low viscosity. With stable performance, it’s widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product.
