    DLMPS-500C Flexible modular production training system adopts PROFIBUS-DP BUS system, can finish the workpiece processing,testing, transmission,handling,storage and management etc,refelect the actual industrial production process. Each station of this system is installed aluminum board with groove, each station is easy to connect together and form to an automatic flexible processing line. It is easy to build, remove and maintenance between each module, it can be combined at will between each workstation. The data communication between stations is through Profibus-DP BUS system,each station working status and data processing matters all summed to the general-control platform, then the general flatform will adjust each station operation per requirement thus those stations can combine finish the orders of the system. The system is involved with technologies like PLC control technology, sensor detecting technology, pneumatic technology, motor drive technology,servo drive technology, stepper drive technology, PC configuration monitor and human-PC interface, mechanical structure and system installation debugging, default testing technology, PROFIBUS technology, touch screen technology, motion control, PC technology and system engineering etc. The system adopts independent modular structure, each module are connected via electrical and mechanical cables. Each module (station) not only can work separately, but also can be assembled to compose different training loop. All controler, sensor, actuator’s control signal and power signal are connected to interface unit, the interface has protection circuit to keep safety of operator and equipment.
