Monodisperse homobifunctional PEG derivatives from Biochempeg are high quality crosslinkers for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, nanoparticle and surface modifications. OH-PEG9-OH (CAS NO.3386-18-3) is used as a reactant in the selective inhibition of human brain tumor cells through quantum-dot-based siRNA delivery. It can also act as linker for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).
