  XPA70 Chloromethyl palmitate Version: L2.2019 Product Introduction: Chloromethyl palmitate is refined from imported food grade palm oil. It is a general-purpose green plasticizer. It is suitable for processing all kinds of PVC products. The product has good plasticization efficiency and high cost performance. On the premise of ensuring product quality, it is the primary choice for customers to reduce costs. Application: Widely used in PVC rolling and extrusion and soft/hard/semi-hard moulding, such as artificial leather, leather flooring, cable and wire, conveyer belt, shoe sole, PVC foam board, sealing strip, rubber and plastic, rolling film, printing film, foam sheet, foam, tube,textilene and cable granulation. Usage: 1.Properties: chlorinated palm oil methyl ester has excellent compatibility with PVC resin powder. Inhibit precipitation, no odor, low temperature resistance, no crystallization at minus 18 degrees, normal use in winter. The production of plastic products has high mechanical properties, low mobility and significant stability at low temperature. 2.Usage: keep the original formula, the production cost can be reduced by 30% - 50%, and the substitution rate is 30% - 100% between. The effect is better when used with DOP, DBP and DOTP.
