Meelk acts as a direct replacement for skimmed milk, full cream milk,fresh milk and etc. Meelk helps in saving cost in bakery or food production,therefore. 1.For pound cake, you can add 15g of Meelk to replace 100 g of full cream milk or skimmed milk powder. 2.For ice cream, you can add 50g of Meelk to replace 100g of full cream milk or skimmed milk powder. 3.For coffee drinks, use 50% of Meelk and 50% of Non Dairy Creamer will give coffee drinks with low cholesterol,low fat, reduce the sourness of coffee ,reduce saturated fat as well as Trans fat.
